“Almond Milk” is AlanMichael’s first full length album released via his own label, ‘Boyfriend Groove’. Featuring production from The Grinde, John Wooten, Mike Drayer, Nova North, Rrarebear, and AlanMichael himself, as well as guest appearances from Carlo Alexander, and AlanMichael’s mom, Karen Brown, ‘almond milk’ is a more matured & refined sound. It is the perfect example of an artist fully stepping into their artistry.

Composed of 13 tracks, all of which are written & arranged by AlanMichael, the album is a testament to the persistence and ambition of the indie artist. From the go-go/New Orleans bounce infused “the cut up” to the 90’s inspired “crush groove” to the hard hitting pop smash, “why am i this way?”, AlanMichael beautifully masters the art of blending sounds and paying homage to those that have inspired him.
